Fees & Payments.

At NWA Healing Roots Counseling, our rates reflect the training and experience of our provider, as well as the typical cost of similar services in Northwest Arkansas.

Payment is due at the time of your session, whether in person or via telehealth. We accept payment by cash or card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, HSA, Venmo, Zelle are all acceptable forms of payment. (Checks are not accepted.)

We believe mental health care should be accessible. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available upon request, based on the provider’s availability.

  • Session rates vary based on session length, service type and whether you are eligible for sliding scale fee schedule. Please contact us directly to apply for sliding scale fee.

    Intake Session (50 minutes) $125.00

    Individual (50 minutes) $125.00

    Couple / Family (50 minutes) $150.00

  • We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • Sliding scale spots are limited and based on financial need and availability. If you believe you may qualify, please reach out to discuss your options.

  • We accept cash and credit/debit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, HSA, Venmo, Zelle). Checks are not accepted.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a $40 fee.
